Music is the universe’s way of seeking harmony . . .
Music for Meditation (LIVE) by Shastro
No studio. No edit. Just a bansuri fute, a circle of people, and the quiet that falls when music stops being performance and becomes presence.
Music for Meditation (LIVE) was recorded and filmed during a live music meditation — thirty people gathered in an intimate space, meditating together. What you hear is exactly what happened: the breath between phrases, the room itself resonating, the way a single bamboo flute can hold a whole group in silence. This is not background music. It is the sound of paying attention.
